Return & Refund Policy

BrightArk LLC 14-Day Return Policy

At BrightArk LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy across all categories of products, subject to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated and completed within 14 calendar days of the delivery date as confirmed by the carrier tracking information.

  • Only items purchased directly from BrightArk LLC are eligible.

  • To be eligible, the product must be:

    • In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.

    • Unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

    • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, or regulatory reasons, the following categories cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages, flowers).

  • Personal care, beauty, or hygiene products once opened.

  • Digital goods, downloadable software, and gift cards.

  • Customized, special-order, or final-sale items.

  • Products showing signs of use, alteration, or damage not due to manufacturing defects.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return:
    Contact BrightArk LLC Customer Service at [support email/phone] within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization (RMA).

  2. Approval & Instructions:
    You will receive a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the product back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  3. Shipping the Return:

    • The item must be shipped back within the 14-day return window.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item shipped by BrightArk LLC.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. BrightArk LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, BrightArk LLC will notify you of the approval or denial of the refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs, handling fees, or insurance charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a BrightArk LLC error.

  • Partial refunds may be granted for items not returned in their original condition or missing parts.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Notify BrightArk LLC within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos or evidence of the damage when possible.

  • A prepaid return label will be issued, and a replacement or refund will be processed once the return is verified.

Policy Enforcement

  • Returns not initiated and completed within the 14-day period will not be accepted.

  • BrightArk LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Claims (After 14 Days)

  • If your product develops a defect after the 14-day BrightArk LLC return period has expired but is still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, you may still be eligible for repair, replacement, or service directly from the manufacturer.

  • BrightArk LLC will provide reasonable assistance by supplying warranty details, proof of purchase, or manufacturer contact information, but is not responsible for the fulfillment of the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Customers are responsible for following the warranty claim process as outlined by the product manufacturer.

Bundled Items and Sets

  • Products sold as a bundle, kit, or set must be returned in full with all original items included.

  • Partial returns of individual items within a bundle are not accepted.

  • If one item in the bundle is defective or damaged, BrightArk LLC will, at its discretion:

    • Replace the defective item, or

    • Accept a return of the full bundle for a refund.

  • Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the complete bundle has been returned in its original packaging and condition.

Incorrect Product Received

  • If a customer receives the wrong product, size, or variation due to a BrightArk LLC fulfillment error, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • BrightArk LLC will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for the correct product to be shipped at no additional cost.

  • The incorrect product must be returned in its unused, original condition and packaging.

  • If the correct product is unavailable, the customer may choose between:

    • A full refund to the original payment method, or

    • Store credit of equal value.​

Restocking Fees

  • Certain categories of products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price if returned. These include, but are not limited to:

    • Electronics and appliances

    • Furniture and large home goods

    • Open-box items that require inspection, testing, or repackaging

  • Restocking fees are applied at BrightArk LLC’s discretion based on the item’s condition upon return.

  • Restocking fees will not apply if the return is due to a BrightArk LLC error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Damaged Returns

  • Returned items must be received in their original condition and packaging.

  • If a returned item is found to be damaged, altered, or missing parts not due to a BrightArk LLC error, the return may be:

    • Denied, with the item shipped back to the customer at their expense, or

    • Subject to a partial refund at BrightArk LLC’s discretion, based on the condition of the item.

  • Customers are strongly encouraged to package returns securely and use a trackable, insured shipping method. BrightArk LLC is not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping if the customer arranges it.
